Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillespie, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: Replace concrete paving, dumpster corrals and sidewalk and install rock and drainage at site 47-17 in Gillespie, IL. Include paving, curbs, tactile warnings, parking stripes and bumpers as shown, and landscape work to include rip- rap, topsoil and seeding, fencing and drainage work including piping, riprap and landscape timbers. Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount, payable to the Macoupin County Housing Authority. H. Successful Bidders will be required to provide Surety Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price, within 10 days after notice of acceptance by Owner. Surety on bonds shall be a duly authorized company acceptable to the Owner. 1. Bidders will not be required to be an EPA Certified Renovator to begin work. J. Bids shall include not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate as determined by the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Act. K. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. No Bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening of bids without written consent of the Owner.
