The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Minimum Wage Rate Requirements and related Acts relative to minimum wages. Davis-Bacon Minimum Wage rates and other requirements shall be complied with by the successful bidder and all subcontractors, and appropriate certificates indicating compliance will be required. A copy of the Rate Schedule is included with these Specifications. Within two hours of the bid opening, all bidders to be considered as responsive, shall submit at the above address, a form, disclosing the names, addresses, Construction Contractor's Board numbers, if applicable, of all first-tier subcontractors whose contract value for labor or labor and material exceeds 5% of the total project bid or $15,000, whichever is greater.
