Renovation of a fire / police facility in Coos Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of Coos Bay is requesting to obtain bids regarding the replacement of the VRF Heat Recovery Condensing Unit(s) and Branch Controller and repair of the HVAC system at Fire Station #1. All bids must provide for the following scope of work as well as comply with all provisions of this document (as well as Local and State codes or regulations as they apply to public buildings): If you have any questions, please contact Greg Hamblet Operations Administrator, ghamblet@coosbayor.gov, (541)269-8918. The City of Coos Bay reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the proposal it considers most favorable to the City's interest and the right to waive minor irregularities in procedures. The City of Coos Bay invites qualified contractors and/or suppliers to submit a quote for the Fire Station HVAC Repair Project. It is expected that quotes will include warranties on parts & labor, and product components as described in the bid package. The contractor and/or supplier shall also deliver to the owner the following: Operations and Maintenance Manuals, start-up and training submitted at the conclusion of the project to the owner.
