Description

Site work for a multi-residential development in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

The work under this contract is for the replacement of a damaged foundation and the soil below it (refer to the drawings) and includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Temporary shoring of the wooden building. .2 Selective demolition (foundation, slab, specific bearing walls, etc.). .3 Salvaging of specific elements (windows, doors, exterior stairs, decks). .4 Electrical disconnection. .5 Excavation and backfill below and around the existing foundation. .6 Plumbing below grade. .7 New foundation and slab. .8 New bearing walls' structure. .9 Foundation waterproofing. .10 New foundation drain. .11 Exterior concrete pads and walkways. .12 Reinstating the condition of the exterior landscape affected by the work. Clarifications requested by Bidders must be in writing not less than seven days before date set for receipt of Bids. .13 Reinstallation of salvaged elements. .14 Any incidentals required to complete the work of this contract. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
