Renovation of a medical facility in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Replace existing heating and cooling pumps and ancilliaries. .2 Removal of selected pumps, piping, and equipment. .3 Install new heating and cooling energy valves. .4 Supply and install DDC system components for a fully functional system as noted on the mechanical drawings. Current system is by Delta Controls. This contract to maintain continuity of current system. .5 Provide electrical service to all new equipment as noted on electrical drawings. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
