Project: 211th Place Corridor Improvement Project (Tib Funds) the City of Arlington is Soliciting Construction Management Services for Several Federally Funded Projects and One Tib Funded Project to Be Constructed in 2024. Pedestrian Lighting Will Also Be Constructed With Roadway Lighting Provided by Pud Mounted Luminaires. Schedule: Construction Schedules Will Be Per Working Days Associated With Each Respective Project. Scope of Services the Construction Management Firm, and the Assigned Construction Manager, Shall Be Able to Provide the Services Listed Below for Each Project. The Four Projects May Be Under Construction Simultaneously and the Construction Manager Will Have to Coordinate the Needs of Each Project Accordingly. The City of Arlington Will Provide Cm Office Space at the Public Works Admin Building at 154 Cox Street, This Will Include Internet and Printer Access. The Assigned Construction Manager is Expected to Be on Site at the Cm Office Full-time for the Duration of the Projects. The Arlington Public Works Staff Will Provide Support Services to Assist With the Management of These Project, Services Include on-site Inspection Services (Water, Sewer, Storm, Grading, Paving) and Project Administration and Document Tracking.
