Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project: 211th Place Corridor Improvement Project (Tib Funds) the City of Arlington is Soliciting Construction Management Services for Several Federally Funded Projects and One Tib Funded Project to Be Constructed in 2024. Consultant Services Will Be for the Duration of the Project Schedules and May Include Construction Support, Contract Administration and Field Inspection. Provided Services Will Be Held to All Federal Eeo Requirements for Federally Funded Projects. Project Descriptions: 211th Place Corridor Improvement Project Project Will Reconstruct the 211th Place Corridor to Include Removal of Existing Concrete Panels, Reconstruction of 2 Lane Roadway, Construction of 12 Multi-use Trail and Include Installation of Stormwater, Water, and Sewer Utilities. Pedestrian Lighting Will Also Be Constructed With Roadway Lighting Provided by Pud Mounted Luminaires. Schedule: Construction Schedules Will Be Per Working Days Associated With Each Respective Project. Scope of Services the Construction Management Firm, and the Assigned Construction Manager, Shall Be Able to Provide the Services Listed Below for Each Project. The Four Projects May Be Under Construction Simultaneously and the Construction Manager Will Have to Coordinate the Needs of Each Project Accordingly. The City of Arlington Will Provide Cm Office Space at the Public Works Admin Building at 154 Cox Street, This Will Include Internet and Printer Access. The Assigned Construction Manager is Expected to Be on Site at the Cm Office Full-time for the Duration of the Projects. The Arlington Public Works Staff Will Provide Support Services to Assist With the Management of These Project, Services Include on-site Inspection Services (Water, Sewer, Storm, Grading, Paving) and Project Administration and Document Tracking. Services by Construction Management Firm May Include, but Are Not Limited to, One or More of the Following: Construction Support Review of Contractors Submittals/shop Drawings, Monthly Contractor Pay Request Development, Review and Submission to the City for Approval., on-site Construction Observation and Material Tracking, Project Documentation Such as Idrs, Fnrs and Dbe Tracking. Contract Administration and Office Engineering Assist in Acquiring and Reviewing Documents and Records for Compliance With City, State and Federal Requirements. To Include, but Not Limited to: All Required Dbe Monitoring and Reporting (Each Project Will Have Its Own Assigned Dbe Goal). Proposal Requirements Provide Four Copies of the Consultant Proposals, Which Shall Include the Following: a Letter of Interest, Including a Statement of Availability to Complete the Work of Each Project. Outline of Proposed Staff and Anticipated Commitment to Each Project. (I.e. Daily/weekly Hours) Qualifications and Experience of the Staff Assigned to Each Project. Confirmation That the Proposed Staff Will Remain With the Project for the Duration of the Work. Familiarity With Project Plans and Specifications. A Demonstration That the Firm Understands the Project Through an Outline of Their Suggested Approach to the Project, as Well as Identifying Project Specific Issues That May Require Added Attention. Experience Working With Project Stakeholders Including Wsdot. Previous Experience With Construction Management Services. References Including Names and Telephone Numbers of Previous Clients With Similar Projects. Voluntary Sbe Goals a Voluntary Goal Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Agreement is Established. The Consultant Shall Submit a Sbe Participation Plan Prior to Commencing Work on the Agreement. Although the Goal is Voluntary, the Outreach Efforts to Provide Sbe Maximum Practicable Opportunities Are Not.
