St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton is seeking prequalification of elevator contractors for the modernization and maintenance of elevators at the Charlton Campus, with potential future modernization projects at other campuses and St. Josephs Health System sites. Prequalified applicants will be expected to provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary for equipment modernization and preventive maintenance on various elevators at St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton. Work will be divided into different phases. Tentatively the phases are as follows: Initial Phase: 4 elevators located at Charlton Campus Bishop Dowling Wing Future Phases: 6 elevators located at Charlton Campus Juravinski Tower 1 elevator located at Charlton Campus Martha Wing 1 elevator located at Charlton Campus Mary Grace Wing Documents may be obtained at https://www.biddingo.com/
