The City of Hamilton is prequalifying general contractors with the expertise and experience to complete services for various bridge and culvert construction/rehabilitation projects scheduled for construction in 2025 and 2026. The RFPQ is to approve Applicants to bid on various future City of Hamilton projects, therefore the scope provided is generalized and may not apply to every project. However, the details below to outline the tasks and duties necessary to complete those Projects. The City of Hamilton has a variety of bridge and culvert rehabilitation/replacement projects scheduled for 2025-2026 construction that have varying scopes. This RFPQ will apply to construction projects for bridge/culvert reconstruction or rehabilitation estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 in accordance with the City's Procurement By-Law No. 20-205. TIMELINE: Short-listed proponents have been identified. Projects will be followed in separate reports as they proceed to tender. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
