Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Marfa, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
In accordance with Government Code Chapter 2269, the City of Marfa Parks and Development Corporation is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the construction of a single splash pad in Coffield Park, around 1380 sq. ft., between the existing shaded play structure and the existing gazebo. Construction includes, but is not limited to, grading of land, the install of all splash pad equipment, installation of underground storage tanks, integrating into city infrastructure (water, sewer) and integrating into electrical infrastructure. Proposals shall include the total turnkey costs to construct the Splash Pad in Coffield Park Improvement Project in accordance with the Construction Drawings and Project Specifications prepared by Vortex Aquatic Structures International. All questions must be submitted in writing by the end of business on Friday, June 14, 2024.
