Demolition, site work and new construction of a military facility in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
THIS DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT III (NMACC III - Pool 1). This project is for design-build with the intention to rebuild to resilient standards shore facilities at U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Juan required as a result of damages sustained during Hurricane Maria. Phase 1 will consist of Infrastructure, Utilities Distribution and Resiliency for Rio Bayamon Housing Sites. Work shall include new campus wide generator system and distribution. A new water storage tank with pump and for distribution is included. The design and construction costs will be subject to the funds available for this project. Base Items and Option Item: $20M-$24M Deadline for submissions of Request for Information (RFI(s)) is 4:30 PM (EST) on July 19, 2024.
