THIS DESIGN BUILD PROJECT IS POSTED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE CONTRACTORS ON THE CURRENT DHS/USCG NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT III (NMACC III - Pool 1). This project is for design-build with the intention to rebuild to resilient standards shore facilities at U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Juan required as a result of damages sustained during Hurricane Maria. Phase 1 will consist of Infrastructure, Utilities Distribution and Resiliency for Rio Bayamon Housing Sites. Work shall include new campus wide generator system and distribution. A new water storage tank with pump and for distribution is included. The design and construction costs will be subject to the funds available for this project.
