Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Iola, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Iola Housing Authority (IHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor and materials for foundation and interior floor slab repair work at (3) duplex apartments, in Iola, KS. The general scope of work includes excavation work and installation of perimeter foundation piers, injecting a expanding poly foam under the interior floor slabs to attempt to raise/level the floor, and other items as specified for a complete and working installation. The work areas will be limited to public areas as identified on the first, second and third floors.
