Per owner all bids were cancelled, and this will re-bid at a uture time and date TBD. Calendar Days: Contractor agrees, if awarded the Contract, to complete the Work of the Contract within 160 Calendar days form the "Notice to Proceed" issued by KDWP Project Manager. Liquidated Damages Amount: Liquidated damages for the Project are established at the rate of $800.00 per day until the completion of the project including all punch-list items.
