Renovation of a military facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project consist of fire prevention repairs flow test ramp underground hydrants, repair wet pipe sprinkle system bldg. 141, troubleshoot & repair mass notifications bldg. 107, replace monaco fire alarm panel bldg. 120, replace fire alarm panel bldg. 142, replace 22 carbon monoxide detections in bldg. 420, replace missing heat detectors in bldg. 130, repair mass notification system and booster panels in bldg. 407, purchase & install sprinkler escutcheons in multiple areas in bldg. 421, and purchase/install missing smoke detectors in bldg. 421. . This project will take place in the following buildings at the 130th ANGB 107, 130, 141, 142, 407, 420, and 421. Please reference the attached Statement of Work, Solicitation and Drawings. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(c), this project is expected to be between $100,000 and $250,000 All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received NOT LATER THAN the fifth working day prior to bid opening. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS EARLY IN THIS PROCESS. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
