The Project includes the following Work: Renovations to the ticket lobby men's and women's restrooms and addition of a family restroom. The renovations will include, but not limited to, the removal and replacement of all interior fixtures, accessories, flooring, walls, and ceilings, as well as associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Work. The Work will be substantially completed within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 120 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $750.00 per day. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The CWVRAA is committed to meeting this goal on all services provided, and the CONTRACTOR is expected to put every effort forward to meet the above DBE goal. Proposals must include the percentage involvement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises along with the names of the firms involved, and the completed certification.
