The City of Huntsville is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a comprehensive rate study, including model development, for solid waste user fee rates All questions or requests for interpretation must be received by June 12, 2024 @ 5:00 P.M. as addressed above. A written addenda will be issued as a response and will be posted on or before June 18, 2024 @ 5:00 P.M. on the City of Huntsville website . The initial term of any contract resulting from this RFQ shall be from the date of contract award until December 31, 2024. The City, at its sole discretion and upon approval of the City Council, may renew any contract awarded pursuant to this RFQ for up to one (1) additional six (6) month term as needed for project completion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
