Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Chandler, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 75,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) is requesting sealed technical and qualification proposals to provide CM at Risk Services for design assistance and construction of the Hartford Elementary School Rebuild. ESTIMATED START CONSTRUCTION May 2025 ESTIMATED COMPLETION July 2026 The School District reserves the right to terminate the Contract in whole or in part due to the failure of the Contractor to comply with any term or condition of the Contract, to acquire and maintain all required insurance policies, bonds, licenses and permits, or to make satisfactory progress in performing the Contract. The Procurement Officer shall mail written notice of the termination and the reasons for it to the Contractor by certified mail, return receipt requested. A phased approach for the new construction will be required to accommodate an active campus. Demo of existing buildings and establishing new play fields, playgrounds, and parking lots.
