Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bel Air, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of August 16, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Rehabilitation of an existing sewage pumping station located at the intersection of Broadway and Shamrock Road. Shamrock Pump Station was built in the early 1980's and is in need of upgrades. Project involves upgrading controls, pumps, ventilation, and replacement of the top slab all in accordance with the attached plans and specifications. The Town reserves the right to award a contract within sixty (60) days from the date of opening and all pricing must remain firm during that period and until the time of award. All work shall be fully and finally completed no later than December 31, 2025. Derell Lee, Procurement Officer, will administer the solicitation process.
