Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bel Air, Maryland. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project proposes the acquisition, development, repair, and maintenance of hiker/biker trails, greenways, and linear parks. Trails may be constructed along existing roadways, in existing and proposed park sites and/or the Ma & Pa railroad track bed. These trails will be used for transportation, as well as physical fitness facilities for walking, jogging and bike riding. Environmental education programs will also be provided. Construction will occur as funds are available. Future projects are under consideration as funding allows. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program Recommendations. Prior Bonds reallocated from Emergency Operations Center capital project. This project is included in the county's fy 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program.
