This project is to identify and locate major sources of infiltration and inflow in the County's sewer collection system and execute projects for rehabilitation. Projects shall consist of studies, designs, sewer system modeling, modeling software upgrades and modeling technical support, smoke testing, flow metering, inspections, and televising sewer lines and manholes as well as executing small rehabilitation projects for cleaning, grouting, slip lining, lining, coating or other sewer line or manhole repair. This project will also include a countywide sewer comprehensive study to identify deficiencies in the collection system. Project work includes: sewer and manhole inspections; sewer and manhole rehabilitation and repair; comprehensive sewer system study and 5 year updates; miscellaneous sewer modeling; sewer flow monitoring. As of August 21, 2024, this project is included in the county's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
