Renovation of an educational facility in Hornepayne, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 is required to be submitted with each tender. An Agreement to Bond or Consent of Surety, must also accompany each tender. A 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond, will be required of the successful bidder within 5 days of contract award. Question Deadline 06/21/2024 Questions pertaining to the content of the contract documents, scope of work, etc. shall be directed to the design Consultant. Queries may be directed to the Consultant responsible for the discipline as indicated in the Specification Table of Contents or Drawing Sheet title-block, but a copy must be sent to the Prime Consultant.
