Reference Number 0000292479 Pricing Lump sum .1 This Section includes the following: The extent of demolition work outlined in this scope includes the removal of existing doors, frames, screens, and overhead transom windows; the overhead rolling shutter; concrete masonry partitions; upper and lower cabinets and shelving units; the existing sink fixture; suspended fluorescent lighting; and wall-mounted murals. The scope also includes the removal of all floor finishes throughout the indicated rooms and the demolition of a 12" wide trench in the concrete slab to access buried sanitary piping. Additional work includes the removal of a damaged concrete curb and associated debris. .2 Drawings contain details that suggest directions for solving some of the major demolition and removal requirements for this project; Contractor is required to develop these details further by submitting a demolition plan prepared by a professional engineer employed by the Contractor.
