**As of July 10, 2024, project will rebid, no definite date for the rebid.** The Design Professional is TSHD architects, Inc., 1010 Coles Blvd., Portsmouth, Ohio 45662. The Design Professional's contacts are Dave Stone for questions about the Project (740.354.6621; dstone@tshdarchitects.com) and Michelle Spencer to request copies of the bid Package (740.354.6621; mspencer@tshdarchitects.com). The Project work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the contract documents. The project includes various upgrades and improvements throughout the building. The project estimate is 26,550.00 Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as required by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to the sum of the bid submitted by each contractor. In lieu of posting the bond, a bidder may use a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Letter of Credit for ten percent of the Contractor's bid as bid security. When a check or letter of credit is used, the bidder shall be required to post a 100 percent Performance Bond and a100 percent Labor and Material Payment Bond, upon the signing of the contract The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right minor irregularities on any bid, and the right to accept the bid proposal which promotes the best interest of the Owner.
