The Town of Stony Plain is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to revise and update the Town's existing Municipal Development Standards, hereinafter called M.D.S., with the integration of any and all necessary changes to bring the document into a state that is in compliance with current Industry standards including, but not limited to, the creation of new standards from scratch. The project will need to incorporate multiple disciplines such as civil, geotechnical, landscaping, etc. The Town has preemptively gathered internal requests for changes that will be provided to the successful proponent to prioritize and make recommendations. The successful proponent will also hold a stakeholder engagement session with industry as part of this project. Note: This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
