Renovation of a residential development in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Fire Alarm System, an upgrade/replacement of components to the existing fire system to include necessary upgrades to wiring, additional stations, and devices, to meet present-day code requirements for areas with and without coverage. The system must notify a call center that dispatches emergency response, for the Housing Authority's Dulle Towers Apartments located at 10 Jackson Street, in Jefferson City, Missouri. Nurse Call System, an upgrade/replacement and insulation of pull station wall boxes to deter condensation. The system must notify a call center that dispatches emergency response, for the Housing Authority's Dulle Towers Apartments located at 10 Jackson Street, in Jefferson City, Missouri. Three Year Service Agreement to include The total amount of the quotation including purchase and installation of all equipment, any necessary electrical upgrades, any required licenses, training on the use of equipment, warranty, and 3-year Service Contract should not exceed $235,400.00. After notice of contract award, but before contract execution, the contractor shall submit Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contractor's bid. This is a tax-exempt project. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in Attachment n Maintenance Wage Rate Decision must be paid to employees working on this project. Notice of Award on or about - July 19, 2024 The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. To waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in bids and to accept or negotiate the cost, terms, or conditions of any bid determined by the Housing Authority to be in its best interest. Bidders shall provide names and contact information for any subcontractor(s) to which the bidder plans to assign work during the contract period. The contractor may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the contract without the written consent of the Housing Authority. Question Deadline 07/03/2024 at 4:30 PM CT Written questions about the IFB may be submitted no later than to: information@jchamo.org. Except as provided in this IFB and as otherwise necessary for conducting business operations previously established with the Authority, Proposers may not communicate with Authority personnel who are involved in the review, evaluation or selection of Bids. Such prohibited communication may result in disqualification of a Bid.
