The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The PRINCIPAL COMPONENTS OF WORK are listed below, these are not listed in the order they need to be accomplished, and other components may be necessary to complete the work as described in the Project Specifications and Drawings: 1. Removal of existing gates. 2. Saw cutting concrete drive for installation of gate foundations. 3. Removal of existing control pads and bollards inside the fence line. Patching concrete that was removed. 4. Installing gate foundations and gates for a complete and operable system. 5. Repairing or installing new fencing as required for a continuous fencing system. 6. Replace existing control keypad with intercom, with new at the two locations located outside the fence line. B.
