Consultant Services for the Regional Trails Implementation Strategy. This RFP has a DBE Goal of 7%. DBE proposal should document consultant's proposed use of DBEs, if any, in the performance of this work, including the following Summary SACOG serves as a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) of city and county governments in El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba counties. As the only public agency with members from all 28 jurisdictions in the greater Sacramento region, SACOG plays a unique role as the place where local governments can come together to take on critical issues facing the region and to tackle problems that are too big for any one jurisdiction to solve on its own. SACOG is tasked by state and federal law with long-range planning for the region but also plays an important role in working with local partners to advance more immediate solutions to some of the region's shared challenges of transportation, housing, air quality, climate change and the protection of the region's agricultural and natural resources. Scope of Work The consultant is responsible for monitoring project performance and adjusting resources to ensure adherence to the project scope, budget, and schedule; this should be reflected in a clear Project Management Plan outlining how the project will be managed, and the respective roles of the consultant and SACOG. At a minimum, the Project Management Plan should address the following topics. Development and description of project management protocols, including frequency of PM meetings. Roles and responsibilities of project managers and team members, including a plan for allocating staff time and resources. Workflow relationships between the consultant team and SACOG, and relationships within the consultant team. A data management plan Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 5:00 PM PT. Detailed scope of work, reflecting any revisions stemming from the kickoff meeting that may create efficiencies within the study process and outcomes. Project Management Plan, goals for proposed project meetings, revised timeline for study, and revised budget (if applicable). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
