The City of Goodyear ("City") seeks a qualified contractor to provide banner installation services for 160 light poles throughout the City. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for installing four banner rotations annually as part of the City's banner program. The program aims to celebrate the values of Goodyear and enhance the City's aesthetic appeal for residents and visitors. Question Deadline 06/12/2024 at 11:00 AM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online. Scope of Services: Installation of Banners: a. Securely install banners on designated light poles across the City. b. Ensure banners are properly aligned and displayed in accordance with City guidelines. c. Utilize appropriate equipment and techniques to safely install banners at designated heights. d. Banners are 30X 70 e. The City is responsible for providing the flags and can be picked up at the Goodyear Ballpark-1933 S Ballpark Way, Goodyear, AZ 85338. f. The City will provide GIS an interactive map for the awarded vendor of all locations which will require banner swaps throughout the year.
