The City of Goodyear ("City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) from qualified professional engineering firms ("Consultant") for General Engineering to be considered for a Professional Consultants Selection List aimed at Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. Questions Due Date: Jun 7th 2024, 5:00 PM MST. Deadline to submit Questions Online. The Contract term shall be for five (5) years, with no options to extend, unless terminated sooner in accordance with the provisions herein. All Offers must be received by the City of Goodyear at the specified date and time cited above. Late Offers will not be considered. Offers received by the correct date and time shall be publicly opened and read. Offerors are advised to carefully read the entire Solicitation Package. Offers that do not comply with all Instructions to Offerors may be disqualified. Should you experience problems downloading the solicitation, contact Dora Chavez, Procurement Officer at the above email address. All communications concerning this solicitation must be directed to responsible procurement staff person identified above, via email only. Communications with other city staff may disqualify you from the evaluation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
