Asphalt Street Improvements Particular Attention is Called to the Following: Ordinance No. 5040 Passed by the Parsons City Commissioners, May 25, 1977, Ordinance No. 5067 Passed September 19, 1977, and Ordinance No. 5089 Passed March 8, 1978, Prohibits Discriminatory Practices in Employment in Public Work and Provides for an Affirmative Action Program. To Further Employment of Minority Groups in City Construction Projects, and the Policy Statement of the City of Parsons Concernng Affirmative Action. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the City of Parsons. The City of Parsons Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
