Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
No paper bids will be accepted for either bid event. General Bidders MUST then become a Plan Holder for the new General Bid Event once it opens in order to submit their General Bid. The work includes: includes, but is not limited to: improvements to the mechanical, civil, odor control, architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and instrumentation systems at the Hayes Pump Station. The estimated project cost is: $28,479,000.00. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing that the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the Work and an Update Statement. In order to be eligible to bid, a General Bidder must be certified in either of the following categories of work: Sewage and Water Treatment Plants Pumping Stations ..This contract is subject to a 7.24% MBE and a 3.6% WBE participation requirement.
