Ref. #: 721-24066 The University of Texas at Austin ("UT Austin" or "University") on behalf of University .Recreational Sports ("RecSports") is seeking a vendor to provide custodial services across their portfolio. RecSports maintains five (5) separate facilities located on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin: Gregory Gymnasium, Gregory Gymnasium Aquatics Complex, Recreational Sports Center, the Field Support Building at the Caven Lacrosse and Sports Center at Clark Field and the Gateway Building at Charles Alan Wright Fields at the Berry M. Whitaker Sports Complex. It is Recreational Sports' intention to employ a full-service contractor who can devote and provide the necessary resources to accomplish this work. The contractor must be able to strictly adhere to established frequencies and work times, yet have the flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the facilities.
