Scope of Work Oklahoma City Public Schools is seeking vendors to provide Electrical Supplies for all District Sites. All inquiries and questions concerning this bid shall be submitted by email to the Purchasing Department no later than 11:00 am CST on 6/13/2024. All bidder inquiries and questions will be compiled and OKCPS will provide its official response through a written Amendment to the bid to the bidders. Each Bidder shall submit a Bid Bond with their bid in the amount of $2,500.00 or 5% of bid amount whichever is greater The initial term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2024, or on the first day of work performance, whichever islater, through June 30, 2025. In accordance with state law, the continuation of this contract may be extended for four (4) one-year option periods dependent upon available funding and if mutually agreed upon by both parties. OKCPS reserves the right to reject any or all bids
