Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of the addition to Chuckey Doak Middle School, approximately 109,689 square feet of paving. Bid Package Paving Any/all debris will be disposed of at the Greene County Landfill. (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED). It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required on this Work. Successful bidders will be required to submit background data on all personal performing work on Greene County School property. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County School System. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
