It is St. Lucie County's intent to award a construction contract to one qualified bidder to perform construction-related services for a Stormwater Retrofit using 2nd Generation Baffle Boxes. The successful contractor will be expected to provide and install proposed structures and landscaping in accordance with the plan set labeled Design Plans for River Park Baffle Boxes.
