Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project shall include but not limited to a 176-stall impervious parking lot, improved access driveway, drainage, restroom facility with associated utility extensions, showering facilities, pedestrian sidewalks and all other appurtenances for a complete project as depicted in the provided construction plans. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County. No work shall be done between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., nor on Saturday, Sunday, or legal holidays observed by St. Lucie County, in any case without the written approval or permission of the Project Manager. The normal work shift for County Inspectors shall begin at 8:00 A.M. and end at 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Any inspections performed before or after the normal work shift, or on Saturday, Sunday, or legal holidays shall be considered overtime and shall be paid for by the Contractor. If permission is obtained from the Countys Project Manager to work between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M., the Contractor shall bear all expenses for Inspection.
