All questions and/or inquiries concerning this request shall be submitted in writing Shepherd University Procurement Services L18A Ikenberry Hall 301 N King Street PO Box 5000 Shepherdstown WV 25443 Debra Langford, Executive Director Dlanqfor@shetiherd.edu Shepherd University is soliciting bids from firms to provide and install a 54' Wide x 120' Long x 14' High Commercial Building and will be provided as specified and in accordance with University project specification documents in accordance with all applicable building and safety codes, as well as local, state and federal standards/codes, and all University policies and procedures regarding solid waste and hazardous waste management. Services must be provided in a timely, competent, and professional manner, and at no time adversely affect the daily operations of the University. The Selected Firm(s) will demonstrate flexibility in accommodating new and changing schedules/requirements while providing reliable customer service, and coordinate work around University schedules, holidays and special events. The Selected Firm(s) will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the unique demands and functional requirements of the University and make assisting the University a high priority.
