Shepherd University is soliciting bids to establish a snow removal contract. Contractor will provide 24 hour on-call service during the duration of the contract. The Contractor will be in contact with a Shepherd University representative to determine need of service. If you have any questions please email me at dlangfor@shepherd.edu. October 18-30, 2023 Close of Business - Time Period to Submit Questions To dlangfor@shepherd.edu November 6, 2023: Contract Effective TERM OF CONTRACT: This contract becomes effective on November 6, 2023 and extends for a period of one (1) year. The vendor may cancel this contract after the initial one (1) year term by giving the Executive Director of Procurement Services thirty (30) days written notice. RENEWAL: This contract may be renewed upon mutual written consent, submitted to the Executive Director of Procurement thirty (30) day prior to the date of expiration. Such renewal shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original contract and shall be limited to four (4) successive one-(1) year periods.
