Communications with employees of Shepherd University concerning this RFB by the bidder or on the bidder's behalf, except as is specified below would not be appropriate during the submission and selection process. Failure to comply with this requirement may disqualify a bidder. Bidders should consider the Department of Procurement Services as the first and prime point of contact on all matters related to the procedures Shepherd University is soliciting bids for the resurfacing of the Shepherd University Wellness Center Pool.
