Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids must include all costs, including trucking of all needed material and equipment, mobilization, clean-up, material for base and surface layers of the trail, installation, and any other expenses. The trail will cover approximately 760 linear feet (depending on final placement considerations), with a 4-foot width, around the perimeter of the park. A business license and proof of insurance will be required of the successful bidder. The preferred material is FlexiPave, or a comparable product.
