The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids Be licensed and fully competent in all aspects of fire alarm system replacement in a safe manner The contractor is responsible for all application fees for building plans review and building permit fees The wages to be paid for a legal day’s work to laborers, workmen or mechanics employed upon the work specified in this Contract or upon any materials to be used therein shall not be less than the hourly minimum rate of wage as fixed by the Nevada State Labor Commissioner, which schedule of wage rates is annexed hereto and hereby made a part of this Contract. Tonopah Fire Panel A bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid price must accompany the bid. The bond shall be on the form provided, or on a like form. A performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount must be provided by the Contractor. A materials and payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount must be provided by the Contractor.
