Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Tonopah, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.
As of March 29, 2022, only the paving portion of this project will be awarded. The other portions of this project will be rebid as a separate project. No facsimile transmission or e-mail of any bid will be accepted. Bids must be submitted on "CONTRACT DOCUMENT" forms only. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the contract may be awarded by the Owner during its' regularly scheduled meeting of the Tonopah Library Board of Trustees, 6:00 p.m., April 13, 2022. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid deemed best by the Board and will not be bound to accept the low bid. The Owner will not award the Contract to a bidder who, at the time of submitting a bid was not properly licensed under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS). The Tonopah Library District is an equal opportunity provider and employer. The bidder must take affirmative steps to assure that disadvantaged businesses are used when possible as sources of supplies, construction, and services.
