Badly broken areas will be patched free of charge and not torn out or resurfaced. Guaranteed for normal vehicle traffic, not large trucks, construction or acts of nature. Not responsible for pavements that fail or settle over septic fields, ground stumps, or water lines. Tire marks can occur if wheels are turned while vehicles are not moving. Newly paved driveways need to be treated with care until asphalt has time to cure.
