On Call General Construction Services. Contract with Owner for the Type of Service at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG"), in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Kenton County Airport Board which Contract is by reference made a part hereof, and is hereinafter referred to as the Contract. The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond to KCAB by a surety company duly authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the annual contract amount. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 12:59 PM ET Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The Kenton County Airport Board ("KCAB") is soliciting bids for On-Call General Construction Services for use at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ("CVG"). CVG has been serving commercial passengers since 1947. With more than 7,700 acres of land, four runways, and a diversified base of operations on and near the campus. The campus contains many buildings and structures that need to be maintained, modified, or repaired. KCAB leases and operates OXD under terms of an agreement with Miami University, effective April 1, 2021. Currently, KCAB maintains 100 acres of Miami University Airport property that has several hangers and buildings. Preference for Kentucky resident bidders will be applied in accordance with Kentucky law. KCAB reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal or bid guaranty, to reject any or all proposals, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible proposer to such extent as may be beneficial to KCAB. Through this solicitation, KCAB intends to award a contract to multiple contractors to provide general construction services at CVG and OXD. KCAB is seeking general contractor(s) to complete various, small scale construction projects, demolitions, and repairs at CVG and OXD. The contractor(s) will provide all materials, labor, and supervision over the projects which they are awarded.
