The successful respondent selected by TWC in accordance with the requirements and specifications set forth in this RFP will be issued a purchase order. Services will be effective 2024 (FY 25) Statewide Conference in Grapevine & Dallas area. The successful respondent will provide Audio/Visual (AV) equipment and services for all session rooms and grand sessions with attendance numbering 50-1500. The technician staff is to support AV needs and lighting in all Pre-Conference and Conference areas. This is to includes Web Streaming to Zoom or like solution (one way out only). TWC will use their own laptops for streaming through their Zoom account or like solution. 1.
