The project involves Phase Five of a multi-phase HVAC Renovation. A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractors Licensing Act
