Following Work Construction of a new control valve on the site of the Bottoms Bridge Elevated Water Tank including the installation of a motorized valve in a fiberglass shelter and installation of roughly 200 linear feet of 12 waterline Work Location: Bottoms Bridge Water Tank 7637 Sugar Magnolia Court, Quinton, VA All questions shall be submitted to Ryan Bogese, rbogese@dewberry.com. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bidders Bond in the amount of 5% of the total Bid made payable to the Owner. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
