Additional parking for Pine Fork Park based on parking at full capacity. The planned rear parking lot is approximately 57,600 sq. ft. with an industry-standard rate of 6 - 7% per square foot = $403,200; additional parking by the dog park is 144,000 sq. ft. = $100,800. Electrical plan & design - $25,000. If lighting is desired there is an additional cost for conduit and electrical connection - consider solar lamp posts. As of March 31, 2025 ,This project is included in the city's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
