East park avenue (cr-621) roadway improvements, center street (cr-622) to east chestnut avenue (cr-619), borough of merchantville, camden county, NJ. Each bid must be accompanied by the Certified Check of the bidder or by a Cashier's Check, or by a Bid Bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto as Exhibit A, duly executed by the bidder as principal, having surety thereon, a surety company approved by the County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid submitted, said 10% not to exceed $20,000.00 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, payable to the Treasurer, Camden County. Only originals submitted on the County's form Exhibit A will be accepted. No interpretation of the meaning of any bid document will be made to any bidder orally. Any request for interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the County's representative stipulated in the bid and must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
