To deliver and unload 2,000 CYD of Class II sand to 1808 Bancroft Street, Port Huron, Michigan 48060 within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bids, and to accept any bid thereof which is deemed most advantageous to the City's interest.
